Research shows that keeping a food diary is essential for weight loss. Belles & Balls will create a food, exercise and mood diary for you to track your progress and monitor both your highs and lows. Depending on the individual, it may be that eating three healthy meals is the way forward, or it may be that eating little and often is better for you. Everyone is different, it's all about discovering what is right for you.
