Whether it's building your core strength, increasing your capacity to do high intensity interval training, improving posture, increasing muscle strength, endurance, or general body conditioning and toning, we can work together to achieve your goals.
We pride ourselves on being unique in our approach, we are an alternative to the macho image of gym fitness and have a well equipped studio in Barnet, North London. We normally approach our personal training sessions on a one-to-one basis however, we understand that couples may want to work out together or even you want to train with a friend, we always aim to accommodate. If you do want to work out in a larger group we aim to please so if you have access to a venue, have a large garden, park office or hall we can help. In order to get the best from our sessions we will work with groups of up to five people.
We will develop a bespoke training programme which can be combined with our nutrition programmes to ensure that your mind and body are firing on all cylinders. The important factor here is 'we'. You won't just be handed a programme and set on your way, we will work together on a programme tailored to your goals. This is the framework for your personal training and will be used in your training sessions as well at home when you want to work that little bit harder.
Your female Belles & Balls personal trainer is here to help you break down the barriers. For many, confidence, or the lack of it, is a major hurdle and probably the number one reason for people not going to a gym to train. We help you not only by giving you a one on one training platform but we work with your mind set for fitness and for confidence.
